By observing intraoperative operative time blood loss groups, showed significantly less than p<0.05. In comparison postoperative quality life cosmetic results, obviously superior to addition, local recurrence rate distant metastasis revealed no significant difference there statistical significance, p>0.05. Treatment can achieve relatively good improve patient’s life.
